This class offers the opportunity to discover the art of glass fusing by making pieces of jewelry or art using different colors of dichroic glass. Students will learn how to cut the glass, assemble the pieces and then fuse them together. Each piece is unique. All glass supplies and cutting tools will be provided. Projects will be available for pickup one week after class. Instructor is Fay McKay. (KB)

Drawing: Beginning to Intermediate This course focuses on three essential components of visual art — form, size, and placement — while working with pencil and paper. Using a step-by-step method, budding artists will work toward learning how to draw successfully. Art subjects may include still-life, animals, landscape and copying of the great masters. Independent and home assignments allow participants to work at their own pace, and beginners to intermediate artists are welcome to join in the fun. All materials (sketch pad, graphite pencils and kneaded erasers) will be supplied, and students can take them home at the end of the session. (KD) Class Size
