Kids First Track & Field Fundamentals Camp
This instructional camp offers skill position training, techniques on speed and quickness per position, offensive and defensive purpose factors, body balance and first-step directional movements. (RM)
Coaches will focus on teaching sprints, hurdles, jumps, distance running and throws in a safe and fundamental way. The camp consists of body balance techniques, speed, quickness and agility drills. Camp concludes with an event championship series on the final day. This program is taught by Kids First Sports Safety staff. (MO)

Flag Football Skills Camp This camp will increase a player’s skill level and overall knowledge of the game. Speed and agility drills will be used to help with balance, lateral and linear movements and explosiveness from a set stance. Footwork and balance are extremely important for every position on the field and will be worked on consistently. Quarterback, running back, line play and receiving will be the focus, as well as defensive tactics. Small sided games and competitions will take place where contact is minimal; there will be no tackling. This camp is taught by All Star Sports Instruction staff. (JF) (MO) Age
