Other floatation devices must be approved by the management prior to entering the facility. • For safety considerations, guests must be 48 inches tall to ride on the waterslides. • Guests are encouraged to make any special needs known to the management, who will be happy to assist guests. • Guests must wear commercially sold swimsuits to participate in aquatic activities. • Only white T-shirts may be worn with swimsuits; colored shirts are not allowed. • All apparel and footwear brought into the facility and worn on the deck should be clean. • Children not yet toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper. • Guests are required to shower before swimming. • Tobacco and alcohol are strictly prohibited. • Outside food and beverage – including coolers – are not allowed in the facility. • Cell phones may not be used in the locker rooms. • If for any reason swimming conditions become unsafe, management may close the facility. • Admission into the facility may be refused to persons with potentially hazardous medical conditions. • For the security of personal belongings, guests are advised to lock their belongings in a locker. The Fox Valley Park District is not responsible for loss or theft of any personal items. • Management may modify these regulations to ensure the safety of guests. • Don’t be alarmed: we conduct Vigilance Awareness Training intermittently. Testing provides the aquatic staff with training when safety mannequins are placed into the pool for practice rescues. 149
