One of our challengesthis yearis to reestablish throughout theClubapersonal prideinkeeping our facilityas cleanand pristinefor all Members and their Guests. With that,we are asking all of theMembers to adhere to all of the rules and regulations, in addition tobeingconsiderate of others. It’s important to remember to dispose of your trash after your round, rake your bunker, and follow the enter and exit poles when entering the fairway. It is our duty as Members to keep our product in the best condition.TheStaffarein a position where they have to bethe enforcers of these guidelinesthatputs them in an adversarial positionwith theMembership. We are asking all of us todo our partas greatstewardsof ourClub!

Wecontinue tothank all of theMembers foradheringto theCOVID-19guidelines. They exist as the Four Seasons is following CDC and Lead With Care Guidelines for the benefit of the Members.

TheCure for All SeasonsEvents, the major charity for the Four Seasons and ourClub, arebeing plannedforthis year! Thecharity benefits theBaylor Scott & White Irving Healthcare Foundation. In the past, ourMembers havebeen incredible donors in supporting this very worthwhile cause.Throughout 2021 the Board of Governors, Club Committees and Staff, will be hosting various events to raise donations. Save the date for our Spin-A-Thon on Saturday, October 2nd. We will be announcing the other dates soon including events involving tennis, golf and food & beverage. We thank youin advance for your support of these great events and this charity!

On a final note, the Board has worked very closely with Jim Kern and Ellen Frostto ensure that theClub is doing all that it can tobring the best experienceand valueit canto all of theMembers. The surveycompleted back in Decemberwill also help provide the direction and actionsthat the Board andClub can take to continually improve theMemberExperience! In fact, the recent survey resulted in many changes in the Member’s Lounge- expanded hours forhappy hour and the new menu items. Please continue to bring yourideasand concernsforward tous!
