s we welcome in the new year, we have much to be grateful for as we look back on 2021 and look forward to 2022. The Cure for All Seasons was incredibly successful raising over $177,000 for the Baylor, Scott, and White Medical Center in Irving. It was truly a team effort with the Members who have given so generously, the committees that worked so diligently to support all the efforts and the management and staff that created and ran the venues that were so successful! We thank all of you! Our committees and their leadership are set to continue the strides in 2022 that saw an enhanced experience across all functions, increased participation across all activities and the creation and implementation of many new events. We continue to welcome New Members and their families and New Member Orientation to help their integration into our Club! Your Board of Governors welcomes David Evans as our newest member. David has been very involved in many prior club activities and chaired the Nelson Cup in 2021. We look forward to his contributions. The Board will continue to work to enhance the experience for all the Members, to be your advocate and sounding board to ensure the best possible communications to the Members and Management. In particular, the Board and Management will continue to share the many changes to our facilities and the timing of their implementation. We also wish to thank Judy Mason for her four years of service on the Board and for all her contributions!

We are truly excited about the possibilities for 2022 for our club. We have come through a very challenging year with COVID and the guidelines we had to work with during this crisis! Our Management Team did an excellent job of balancing the guidelines with the best options to keep our club open and safe for all the members. We cannot thank David Bernand and Jim Kern and his team enough for the effort and results for our members and our facilities during this pandemic! On a final note, your Board of Governors are committed to continuing to make the Club the best choice and decision for all our Members! We know we still have many challenges ahead of us this coming year and we commit to do our best to represent all the members in our quest for excellence in all areas of our Club and overall experience! Thanks to all our Members for your continued support and your candid input on how we can achieve the best Club experience for all of us! Here’s to a terrific 2022!
