Ruth Stubenrouch
“I want my viewer to be able to smell the sea and feel the breezes or to feel the power of creation. My brushes talk to me and I listen, using watercolor, gouache, acrylics, and new finishes such as high gloss resins.“ Ruth is currently the Curator of “Sugar Land Fine Arts Gallery. She specializes in both Watercolors and Large Acrylic Abstracts. “They are so freeing to create.” Member of Watercolor Art Society of Houston and the Sugar Land Artists, Ruth has entered many competitions and was selected to be on the “Galveston Art Walk” twice as the featured artist at the Tremont Hotel.
