Texana Center receives $5,000 grant Texana Center recently received notification from Albert and Ethel Hertzstein Charitable Foundation that they had awarded $5,000 grant towards equipment to establish a fitness program at the Texana Learning Center in Sugar Land. The Texana Learning Center at Sugar Land provides habilitation services to 100 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities on a daily basis. Their plan is to develop a program that will focus on exercise to assist in managing obesity. With this
