Arrest follows allegations of sexual assault By LeaAnne Klentzman
Last Saturday, Rosenberg police were notified that a child had been sexually assaulted. According to Lieutenant William Henry, spokesman for the Rosenberg Police Department, “The suspect in this investigation was identified as a Hispanic male from Rosenberg named Ovidio Antonio Villalobos". Henry explained that patrol Officers Taylor Surratt, Brandon Moseley, Aerial Ronell, along with on-call detectives, worked tirelessly on the case. Their hard work led to an arrest warrant for Villalobos issued by Justice of the Peace Gary Janssen.
