The most famous culinary products and cooking solutions in the world A traditional and well-known brand of food products. Founded in 1937, it is the original member of the Agrolimen group, a family-run conglomerate with business areas in food, restaurants, and personal care products. From its very beginning, Gallina Blanca has aimed to meet the desires and needs of its consumers, with changing tastes and ways of life. These values are shared with Star, the Italian company with which it merged in 2007. The stock cube was its first product, a base ingredient for soups and a flavour enhancer used in the majority of kitchens across the world.Gallina Blanca is the umbrella brand for Avecrem stock cubes, which have been diversified in forms and varieties to form the most complete range on the Spanish market. In the 1950s, Gallina Blanca once again revolutionised the Spanish market with other freeze dried products such as instant soups, sauces, seasoning or “ideas on the plate�pasta dishes. In recent years, the brand has continued to offer solutions adapted to our times, with quality and technology. A prime example is the evolution towards ready-made liquid products, such as the traditional home-made broth in cartons, ready-meals in clay dishes, ready-to-drink broths, or liquid salads in individual microwavable cups. Gallina Blanca has led the Spanish market since its launch, and it is also leader in 30 countries overseas. Today, it operates in over 70 countries and has become the third largest company in the world in terms of stock cubes and soup sales.
