Diana Patricia Rabin Spector, currently practising in Spain and Argentina, who leads a team of professionals trained in international law. In addition, she is an official adviser at the “Department of Infrastructure, Housing and Public Services� in Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina. The Argentinean team is directed by Dr. Enrique Gustavo Carrega, attorney and international mediator. He graduated from the School of Government in Cambridge and the Business University of California. In partnership with Dr. Juan Carlos Fossati, attorney, also ex-director of the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina, director of the Merchant Bank and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Argentina.
