The Bull McCabe’s gets its name from the popular Irish film The Field, featuring Richard Harris as Bull McCabe. The film illustrates the importance of the land to Irish tradition and sets the stage for the new restaurant. ‘To the Irish, it’s all about the land,’ owner Alan Craig explained. ‘That’s kind of our theme; it’s all about farm to table.’

The restaurant’s Fish & Chips are fresh filets fried in a crispy beer batter and served with homemade fries and sauce.

Tempting dessert items include Bailey’s Banana Caramel Pie, the Lemon Custard Raspberry Puree and Irish Coffee Chocolate Mousse.
