FACES OF WEF Show jumping and hunter riding are among the most exciting events in all of horse sports, and Wellington is home to the largest, longest-running hunter/jumper competition in the world, the Winter Equestrian Festival. For 12 weeks each year, the world’s best riders and the top horses gather in Wellington for competitions that showcase both the horse’s and rider’s ability to navigate the show ring. Truly great horse and rider pairs make it look easy as they flow through the course in graceful unison.
