It’s April, which means it is time to register your club for the leadership training sessions this summer. If your club has not elected your 2012-2013 officers, please pass this information to the incoming President and President Elect once your elections are completed.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED To register please review the following guidelines: • You must submit the enclosed form complete with a $30.00 payment for EACH participant. If payment is not received WITH THE FORM, it will be sent back immediately. • The registration form is located on the back of this letter. You can also find the form online under the Leadership Training Icon. • PRINT the information on the form clearly. • Circle the appropriate officer position on the registration form that you will be holding starting OCTOBER 2012. • Mail the registration form to Civitan International, Attn: Stacy Sabo, PO Box 130744, Birmingham, AL 35213-0744. You may also pre-register by emailing a completed form to stacy@civitan.org or by fax (205-592-6307) with a credit card. • A pre-registration packet will be sent with training materials and meeting location information once we receive your registration.
