I’m good at being friends with them. I think one should be very careful with the relationship with their children. You shouldn’t interfere with their life too much. You need to preserve their independence. We only try to fix their paths a little and put some “guidelines” in their “baskets”. Yet I also think that being strict is inevitable. My father was very strict. I didn’t like it back then, of course, but I have to admit – I wouldn’t be like this if he hadn’t been the way he was. How possible is it for a woman to be a good business person?
It’s a controversial subject to me and I think that a woman should support you in business as well as in life. She should give advice, help and strengthen man’s decisions with her “sixth sense”. Although there are successful women in the world that are no less than men in that sense. What advice would you give to beginning businessmen?
Be fair and keep calm, I think that’s the hardest thing to do. How much attention do you pay to tem development?
A strong team is a guarantee for success. With their help you “take over” the world like Alexander the Great. Retraining employees, improving their knowledge and skills are always a priority. Investing here is most appropriate. The money you put into the development of team members will come back in amounts a hundred times larger. What can you never forgive and what are you most scared of?
Lying and cheating, but nobody ever asks us – only God can forgive us. As of fear, I fear many things. I would be lying if I said I’m not afraid of anything. What matters is for fear not to put you down, win you over and make you lose resistance. I come to a conclusion that when you have faith and your faith is strong, you fear nothing.
