The Courtyard Should you choose Seaham Hall for your special day and celebrations, you will be spoilt for choice with an array of beautifully adorned private rooms available for civil ceremonies. The striking Courtyard is a stunning atrium with a vaulted glass ceiling and marble floors along with a circular staircase for you to make your entrance on this memorable day. The Courtyard can hold a max of 100.

The Ballroom Located on the ground floor of the main house with direct access to The Terraces at Seaham Hall together with floor to ceiling Georgian windows affording sweeping views of the coast and gardens, this magnificent suite will be a truly wonderful setting for your special day. With its very own private bar, The Ballroom is a very flexible private room for up to 120 guests for a civil ceremony, 100 guests for a wedding breakfast and 150 guests for an evening reception.

The Byron Room The more intimate Byron Room is nestled on the first floor of the main house at Seaham Hall with original Georgian sash windows offering stunning views of the extensive gardens and coastline. This private room is spectacular with natural tones and rich antique furnishings making it ideal for civil ceremonies for up to 40 guests and wedding breakfasts for up to 30 guests. The original Byron Room (then known as The Drawing Room) played host to the wedding of Lord Byron and Annabella Millbanke in 1815 and whilst this delightful private room has recently benefited from a complete renovation, the classical charm of the 17th century is still apparent.
Blunos Sea Grill Ideal for up to 30 guests and located on the ground floor of the main house with fabulous Georgian windows overlooking the gardens at Seaham Hall. The atmosphere is enchanting and the stylish, lavish and chic interior delivers an eclectic mix with a smattering of oddities designed to tease the eye. 8
