Double doors open to the magnificent triple aspect living room which features dual double patio doors, a Bath stone fireplace and partially vaulted ceiling. The 24ft kitchen room is the perfect space to gather with family and guests, offering ample space to dine. The fitted kitchen is equipped with extensive two-tone painted units with white quartz worktops set around a central island unit finished with a stone worktop. There is a collection of integrated appliances including a Rangemaster with induction hob. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room with rear access, perfect for bringing in muddy wellies and paws. SELLER INSIGHT

What is your favourite room of the house and why?

In these days of casual dining the kitchen becomes the hub of the home and is a wonderful place for sitting with friends. We also love our bedroom; it has a lofty ceiling but still feels snug and it offers total peace, and where else could you wake up to that wonderful view!

Who do you think would be the next ideal owner?

The house offers so much: it would suit a family, as it offers plenty of space but would be great for a couple as it is easy to manage; it could also easily accommodate a dependent relative with its ground floor bedroom and adjacent shower room. There’s also a fully fitted annexe with its own entrance. Teenager’s den or an excellent home office?

What do you love most about the house and why?

What we love most is that the house is so light and airy and offers wonderful views in every direction, especially sunsets.

What do you love about the local community?

The community is friendly and unstuffy, and there are great walks right from our front door. Several good pub/restaurants close by too

How easy is it to commute from here?

Access to the motorway is quick and easy in either direction, and mainline stations (Swindon, Chippenham and Pewsey) all within an easy drive.

What made you choose this property over others that were available at the time?

We chose this house for its fantastic accommodation and location
