Six of our company’s strengths
The production cycle starting with purchasing and processing of raw materials, production of steel and steel tubes and their 1 finalization and shipment to customer. This is done through our ZP Group of companies and this offers buyers a number of advantages. Traditional production reflecting the needs of the market in the areas of product development, and the corresponding services 2 the utilizing the support of our own research center as well as the schools and institutions we work with. Our own research center employs seven people of which six are research workers, one of which of is a professor and five are PhD students.

Trained personnel that are able to solve customers’ requirements and flexible enough to respond to inquiries and offer 4 technical solutions. Every year our company’s private school prepares more than fifty graduates for metallurgical professions, for example metallurgist operators, metallurgic mill mechanics and electricians.

A wide dimensional range with the ability of producing any kind of dimension defined by a customer up to the one tenth of a millimeter. A wide assortment from the quality point of view. A short delivery time (up to 4 weeks) and flexible response to the time requirements of a customer and quantity limits set to very low level (starting at 500 kilograms). Dominant and in some case the only producer in some dimensional groups in the V4 market (PL, H, SK, CR). Different possibilities of heat treatment. Tubes for the following applications, automotive components, machine parts, parts of machines, machine components, bearings, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic distributions and tubes for high pressure injection pipeline. Subsequent processing and forms of deliveries: Tubes delivered as cut (sawing, cutting, cutting-off), Shearing of the tube ends Bending of tubes Tubes with honed inside surface (HP tubes) Just in time delivery A possibility of creating stockpile just in case or perhaps a consignment warehouse.
