This project consists of a 1,200 sq m single family house, located in a high sloped terrain. Due to ecological and land regulations the main goal was to achieve the most living area with the minimum footprint. Natural lightning and ventilation were used to make the most of the spectacular views; integration with nature was the design concept.

This three story 320 sq m single family house built upon a rock hard solid soil, that used to be a quarry for a cement company. Natural lightning and ventilation, open and clear spaces gives comfort in a very hostile climate. Main views were carefully planned to see the Sierra Madre mountains to the south.

46 sq m addition and remodeling of an existing old house. Located in a former residential zone, few houses remains. Security and noise isolation were a main issue. A steel structure combined with cellular concrete masonry made an excellent choice.
