School Gym competition entry. Located at the West hills of Mexico city, The american school foundation needed a new gym facilities to meet the sports requirements and host their football team. The project needed to be placed upon an existing parking lot structure (as shown), and required to be armonic with the environment and to the existing buildings.

Mexico City, D.F. Given the energy saving needs and earthquake construction regulations, we decided to propose a steel structure and cellular concrete panels for the siding, resulting in a very clean and functional structure.

This project consists of a 1,200 sq m single family house, located in a high sloped terrain. Due to ecological and land regulations the main goal was to achieve the most living area with the minimum footprint. Natural lightning and ventilation were used to make the most of the spectacular views; integration with nature was the design concept.

Nursery school designed for a nonprofit organization in Monterrey. The project is located in dessert climate and socially insecure conditions. In order to avoid graffity we proposed a mud stucco covered walls for ivy to grow fast, and high windows to provide natural light and ventilation. Currently under construction.
