Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is the largest and oldest student business organization in the world. Parliamentary procedure is highly stressed throughout the organization as a way for business and leadership teams to efficiently organize and run meetings. Having recognized the incredible number of local, section/district, state, regional, and even national parliamentarians across the nation, the National Parliamentarian's Council of 2011-2012 will be producing "Call to Order," an official newsletter designed to bring all things parliamentary procedure together.
