Mr. Rogers asked us, “Won’t you be my neighbor?” As we continue our sermon series, Pay it Forward, we will ask ourselves how we will treat those who are not like us…those who are not believers in Jesus as Savior.
We pay it forward to our unbelieving friends when: We _______________ and ___________________.
Pay-it-forward people are those who see the need and determine to be present in lives of ALL of their neighbors
Matt. 9:13 “I did not come to call the righteous, but the sinners.”
Matt. 9:36 “…to those who are distressed and downcast like sheep without a shepherd.”
Luke 5:31 “It is not those who are well who need a physician, but those who are sick.”

Pay-it-forward people conquer apathy & fear and care for the hurts in ALL people around them.
“Lord, when did we see you hungry; and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked and clothe You? And when did we see You sick or in prison, and come to You?
Jesus said, “Truly I say to you to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Min, even the LEAST of them, you did it to ME.” Matthew 25:37-40
