Every robot that is in constant use is subject to wear, and its lubricants can become contaminated by iron dust. The special FANUC Dust Meter provides quick, straightforward measurements to determine whether lubricants need to be changed.
The clever strategy for shorter maintenance times: the belt meter measures belt tension precisely and quickly by measuring its oscillations. If required, tension can then be easily adjusted for maximum performance.
