Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique "one fixturing" manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. We utilise a proven offset wrist pin design, a 1.5, 1.5, 3mm Total Seal ring package and moly coated skirts for ultimate performance. Roundwire locks, tool steel wrist pins and pressure balance grooves are included with every set at no additional charge. Note: Compression ratios are calculated at 0.00" deck clearance, a 9.240" deck height, and a .042" thick compressed head gasket.

MANLEY LS VALVES SPRING KITS Manley valve springs are wound from super clean alloy. Each design minimises stress to ensure long service life with high lift camshafts. Retainers are manufactured in our own double spindle CNC machines to exacting tolerances and precise installed height specifications. Locators are manufactured in our own CNC lathes. Heat treated and black oxided after machining. Valve locks are manufactured in our own Swiss turning centres with rigid control over the all-important angle to ensure precise mating with the retainer. • Specially processed premium-grade chrome silicon that is virtually free of impurities or surface irregularities • State-of-the-art winding, thermal treatment and finishing practices that cannot be duplicated • NexTek® Series valve springs have been tested by leading engine builders and are confirmed to be the best performing valve springs on the market today

PX300 - Single Carburettor

Designed for road and competition single carbs, the PX300 consists of a lightweight ring plate bonded to a high performance air filter element. The element is made from reticulated foam in a triple layer laminate, with the filter being supported internally by a metal cage.

PX150 - Mini and Metro SU The PX150 was specially designed for the Mini and Metro SU applications. The filter is a low conical shape, with polished chrome top. The PX150 eliminates the clearance problems often associated with Mini filters and is supplied with a special clearance gasket. The filter element is produced in triple layer competition laminated foam and is available as a complete, easy to fit kit.

The PX300 is designed for use on a large range of carburettors as the baseplates are ordered separately to ensure the best combinations for your engine. With its free-breathing, canted valve cylinder head design, Ford's 351 Cleveland was an engine that made big promises. The 2V version featured small-port cylinder heads optimised for low-speed torque. The 4V engines, however, had heads with huge intake ports that boosted top-end horsepower. What Ford did not do was make a version of the Cleveland that combined the torque of the 2V heads and the high-rpm rush of the 4V head design. But Trick Flow® engineers picked up where the factory left off. They took the best qualities of the factory head designs, added a healthy dose of hot rodder ingenuity, and created the PowerPort Cleveland 190 cylinder heads. The heads feature intake and exhaust runners based on the OE Ford 2V design. The exhaust runners are raised 0.100 in. from the OE 2V location to improve the short turn radius, thus dramatically improving exhaust flow. The combustion chambers are fully CNC-profiled and bowlblended to further maximize performance. The oil return system has been revised to improve oil drainback and includes provisions for mating with 351 Windsor blocks. The PowerPort® Cleveland 190 heads feature Trick Flow® Fast As Cast® intake/ exhaust runner technology that provides near CNC-ported power and performance at a standard head price. These heads have 190cc intake runners, 112cc exhaust runners, and 62cc combustion chambers, plus your choice of 1.460 in. or 1.530 in. valve springs. The PowerPort® Cleveland heads fit 351C, 351M, and 400 engines out of the box. With minor machining, the heads can be used with 302 and 351W blocks to create a "replica" Boss 302 or a 351 "Clevor" engine. The PowerPort® Cleveland heads come fully assembled with lightweight stainless steel 2.080 in./1.600 in. valves, ductile iron valve seats, chrome moly retainers, machined valve locks, Viton® fluoroelastomer valve seals, 7/16 in. ARP rocker arm studs, and your choice of valve spring packages. Bare cylinder head castings are also available.
