Our achieveme nts ти • Drill a bore hole and lay a pipe to provide drinking water to the house. Provide a suitable electricity supply with a stable voltage to the house as well as Internet access to the house. • Increase the project core team from 3 to 12 people. A wider circle of Baranivka supporters is now over 150 people. • Help the House to start functioning - more than 220 people from 19 countries have visited it over the last year; 9 major events have taken place in Baranivka. • Take the first steps towards making the House self-sustainable by rejuvenating the garden, planting a vegetable garden and producing «Baranivka» souvenirs.
s e c n a n i F • All activities (including building the extension) h ave been carried out by volunteers . • So far, 50% of the build ing and maintenance co sts have been covered through private d onations – from ourselve s and our wonderful friends; the rem aining 50% have been co vered through the generous sup port of different funds: th e Frits Philips Fund, Irene Prestw ich Trust and Initiatives o f Change Norway, Australia and Sw eden.
