Strategy of EYP Slovenia 2018-2023

Preface EYP Slovenia was established in 2013 and has since organised over 20 events engaging more than 500 young people from all over Europe. After five years we believe the time has come to focus on the future of our organisation even more. With this strategy, we set clear and achievable goals to help guide our current volunteers and those who are yet to come in making EYP Slovenia a stable, long-lasting and ever-growing National Committee. The measures of the Strategy in front of you will be reviewed once a year in the transition period by the departing and the incoming boards and then further used as a basis to set the goals for the upcoming year. The goals are set at a minimum and the areas of focus should be expanded, if possible. In 2023, the serving Board is expected to write a new five-year plan. We hope this document will serve as a helpful guide on the route of taking EYP Slovenia from a relatively new organisation to a well-established National Committee.

It prides itself in constant growth in the influx of new members, has established long-term partnerships and financial security and is recognised as a respected organisation by the public on the national level. ●
