EVENT OVERVIEW The JAA International Jewellery Fair is Australia’s largest elite event that brings together the best designers, manufacturers and suppliers with buyers of fine and fashion jewellery, timepieces, packaging and other retail services. The event provides the ideal forum to showcase your new designs, trends and innovations and allows you to establish face-to-face relationships with those who have the purchasing power.

The Fair is convenient, all on one level, one place at one time, which makes it easier for visitors to see it all.

MARKETING AND PROMOTION At the show: Pre-show: TRADE MAGAZINE ADVERTISING A schedule of advertising will run in the major trade publication, Jeweller Magazine. The campaign also includes inserts tailored to both Australia and New Zealand. DIRECT MAIL TO A DATABASE OF 15,500+ PROSPECTS - Postcard invitations - Personal letters to previous attendees - Event preview & registration booklets - Letters of invitation to Spotlight presentations TRADE INVITATIONS & INVOICE STICKERS DL Flyers, postcards and invoice/ statements stickers will be sent to exhibitors to promote attendance at the show.

EVENT WEBSITE The event website is a comprehensive resource for the event which details exhibitor listings, amenities, features and links to accommodation, as well as a portal to online pre-event registration.

OFFICIAL EXHIBITION DIRECTORY An exhibition directory, produced by Jeweller Magazine, will be made available to every visitor. This will be a high quality glossy magazine and will include the floorplan, a company listing and productcategory listings. You can also list your company under multiple categories. In addition, the Exhibition Directory includes advertising opportunities to enhance your brand and support your presence at the show.

EMAIL MARKETING -- Regular emails will be sent to prospective visitors which outline specific event initiatives. -- Email invitations for your customers can be sent by us, or we can provide you with invitation templates. -- An event logo with your Stand No. will be provided for you to include on all company email correspondence in the lead up to the event.

PUBLIC RELATIONS A series of press releases will be sent to Trade Media. Jeweller Magazine, our official media sponsor, will run a preview of the Fair in the months and weeks prior, including a comprehensive “Show & Tell� covering the majority of exhibitors.

DAILY NEWS UPDATES On each day of the Fair, we will email our database the highlights and breaking news from the Fair. This is to inspire visitors and remind those who have not already registered. SMS REMINDERS The evening before and the morning of the show, all registered attendees will receive an SMS reminder.

SECURITY AND REGISTRATION Security is of paramount importance. We have a Strategic Security Consultancy firm who has worked on the fairs for many years and knows the Jewellery Fairs inside out. They have developed strong relationships with local security providers, state police and federal police. A tailored security

program for the 2016 event is underway, ensuring a safe and secure buying environment is delivered. As part of the registration process, attendees need to demonstrate that they are active jewellery retailers or members of the JAA. We strongly

recommend that attendees register prior to the event, to ensure smooth access to the fair. Our registration process delivers a qualified audience whilst ensuring the least amount of risk.
