General Information We Kindly Ask... . . . for your cooperation with the following: • Wristbands will be presented at check-in. Please be prepared to show at the front door of each home on the Tour. • Please park only at the designated “Home Tour” parking areas. • You will be asked to remove your shoes as you enter each home. We suggest you wear slip-on style shoes. As an alternative, disposable booties will be provided to all guests. • You will have to descend and climb stairs in each home. • Smoking is prohibited in and outside the homes and at all locations on the Tour. • Cameras are not permitted in or around the homes. • No food or drink is allowed in the homes. • Small children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • No pets are allowed on the Tour.
Directions to Martis Camp Martis Camp is located in Truckee between Interstate 80 and Lake Tahoe’s North Shore. From Interstate 80, take Highway 267 East and turn right on Schaffer Mill Road. There will be signs directing you to parking and shuttles.
Refreshments Lunch and beverages will be available for purchase at the Park Pavilion.
Transportation to Homes Complimentary transportation by Northstar California to homes on the Tour will begin at 10:00 am from the designated parking area at the Park Pavilion. Please follow signs from Highway 267. Buses will circulate to the homes, Lookout Lodge and refreshments area and return guests to the parking area.

Guests arrive at a wide set of stairs to a spacious, sunny front patio. Entering into the great room framed with 200-yearold beams, there are two large seating areas. One, with deep, plush sofas and club chairs, focuses on a huge stone fireplace. The other, with similar seating focuses on a triple-flat-screen sportswatching-nirvana, mounted over a stone hearth to balance out the opposing fireplace across the room.
