When Renovating means saving At Exafan, we are increasingly more conscious about the importance of incorporating systems that save power consumption in your intensive breeding facilities, due to the increase of elements such as propane. The correct management and optimisation of so relevant elements like climate control, heating and ventilation, allow us reducing the cost of the whole breeding process. The PRC is a heat recovery exchanger for breeding farms; it cleans and renews the warm air inside the farm before it comes out of it freely. By this, we get to diminish the gas consumption rate by between 30 and 50% as well as enormously improve the environmental quality inside and the “bed� proper maintenance.

Thanks to the new series of progressive Heat recovery exchangers, you will be able to obtain the following improvements: - An improvement in the farm internal environment (performance of around 85%). - A remarkable decrease in terms of gas consumption. - A considerable improvement regarding the bed quality. - Compatible with dynamic ventilation.

Advantages Perfect air diffusion thanks to its adjustable height and width deflector. Precise air control renewal since the beginning of the breeding process thanks to its progressive fan as well as recycling trapdoor. Identical air extraction circuit from 500 up to 600 m3/h thanks to its recycling trapdoor. Totally watertight equipment. Possibility to connect the dynamic fan. At 4000 m3/h , the PRC performance exceeds the regular tubular exchanger performance by 40%.
