The Rainbow Village Constitution

You must abide by the

Constitution 

You should elect the Mayor

You must respect the army

You must be a man of peace The political system of the

Rainbow Village is Democracy. This means that the people have the power to rule. 

Everyone is equal before the

law.


Everyone's liberties and

rights are protected by the Constitution. 

You mustn’t destroY natural

environment. 

Freedom of speech.

You must protect human

rights. 

Men and Women must have same

opportunities. 

Any maltreatment to animals

is to be punished 

All villagers have equal

rights.


Children have the right to

free quality education. 

Grown-ups are responsible for

their children’s well-being. 

There is no punishment in case

of breaking the law. The wrongdoers must leave the Rainbow Village immediately without the right of ever coming back. 

All Rainbow villagers have

the right to believe in their God.


The Laws of the Rainbow Village

 The Rainbow Village will provide many facilities in sport, culture, education, transport and health.  To prevent traffic jams in the rush hour, people must use public transport, such as trains, trams and the underground.  Every child of the village should have the opportunity to practice one or several sports at school such as football, tennis or golf.  At night, the public lights of the city will be switched off to prevent pollution of the earth. Department stores and supermarkets will be open until midnight  You can drive from the age of 16  You can give money to help families to practice sports


 You can help local businesses  You cannot throw litter  You cannot fish in the river (Only the fishmonger can fish)  You cannot kill endangered species  You must protect the village against dangerous invaders  You must protect the civilians  You must give money to the poor  You must register on an electoral roll  You must not have a police record  You must not act violently  You must not kill other citizens  You must not racket people  Respect the natural environment. Never cut down trees or flowers  Leave peacefully  Protect the animals  Never make fun of other people. Bullying is prohibited  Be friends with each other. Live in solidarity


 Respect other cultures  Organize charitable events to help poor people  Get to know different cultures.  Take part in cultural events  Substances harmful for health are prohibited (such as tobacco, alcohol and drugs)  Industries must respect the nature, they must not pollute;  People must recycle materials and must use green and renewable energy.  Artistic and scientific work and studies are supported and rewarded by the Mayor of The Rainbow Village.  Be friendly and helpful  Be responsible for you and your village.  Be open-minded and respect the differences.  No violence.  BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE.


The Candidates for Mayor of the Rainbow Village









Polling Rules 

Create a list of voters

Collect at least 25 signatures

Submit your program eight days

before the election 

Vote by secret ballot

There must be more than five

participants 

You need your identity card

You need to express your ideas for the

Rainbow Village 

You need to campaign

You need the majority of votes


You need to assist all the councils

You need a deputy mayor

You should vote only once.

The person with the majority of votes

will be the mayor of the Village. The four candidates that have received the most votes will become the members of the Rainbow Village Council. 

You should vote secretly.

Vote wisely. Do not vote your friend

or relative, vote the one that will do the best for our Village. 

Candidates for Mayor should collect

at least 25 votes to be elected. Otherwise, elections will be repeated among the


candidates who have received the most votes. 

In case of equality in the number of

votes, a second election is organised only for the candidates in question 

VOTE ! Do not let the others decide

your future. 

Vote wisely and responsibly.

Vote only once.

Vote if you are over 18.

The Mayor can be elected only once

for 4 years.
