GARY GELINAS President / Governor Gary is President of Consolidate Sports Holdings (USA) Inc., Consolidated Sports Holdings (Canada) Ltd, and the subsidiary companies, Everett Silvertips, Texas Tornado, Amarillo Bulls, North Iowa Bulls, Peoria Pines Golf Course, and Season Pro Software. He previously owned and operated the Nanaimo Clippers, Langley Hornets, and the Westside Warriors Jr. A Hockey Franchises(BCHL). Until December 2009, he was President/Managing Partner of Vision Sports Group, LLC, managing the Warriors, a Food and Beverage Company, Facility Marketing, Ticketing Operation and the BC Breakers of the WWHL. He was also the Owner/Managing Partner of Nanoose Bay Sports, LP, which started up the expansion Nanaimo Timberman Sr A Lacrosse team. During the 2008-09 season he was the President / General Manager of the New Mexico Scorpions Professional Team in the Central Hockey League. Gary previously operated Sport-Pro Management Group, a firm that acted as an agent/advisor and managed investments for athletes and professionals. His formal education is in the investment and wealth management business and he was bestowed with the industries highest designation, Fellow Canadian Securities Institute. He spent 18 years in the business obtaining his Canadian Investment Manager, Branch Manager Investment Dealer Firm, and Certified Financial Planning designation. Gary participated in sports at various levels, having competed in the Commonwealth Games for lacrosse and playing college hockey. He has been involved in charity work through Rotary, Chambers of Commerce, Cancer Society and a variety of youth organizations.
