Ingredients: 400g- selection flour 300g-powdered sugar 200ml-oil 2whole-eggs 2soup spoons-jam 2soup spoons-cocoa 1coffee spoons-soda bicarbonates 1coffee spoons-cinnamon 1-powder into gingerbread 1/2 l-milk

Process: 1.Mix everything 2.smear the plate with oil and sprinkle with flour 3. pour the dough on a plate 4.Put it in a 220-degree oven 5. sprinkle with plum jam and sprinkle with candy or chocolate


Brownies • •

Ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, salt, baking powder, cocoa, jam, butter, apple, rum. Method of preparation: Separate egg whites from yolks. Mix the whites until they become strong, with a salt of salt and half the amount of sugar. Egg yolks, together with the rest of the sugar, also mix a salt powder until it is homogenized in a consistent mixture. Incorporating egg yolks with egg whites, mixing with the spatula, from the bottom to the top. Add flour, as many tablespoons as possible, using eggs, slowly, from bottom to top. In the blend, the essences, fruit jam, scrambled apples, cocoa, and baking powder are incorporated. Place it in the hot oven in a butter-pressed tray for 40 minutes. After cooling a little add the chocolate glaze, obtained from melted butter, a little milk, sugar, cocoa, and rum. Serve hot or cold.

Ingredients: Crystal sugar 250g Food stuff flour 250g Oil 100ml Water 100ml Eggs 5 Spoon cocoa 2 Baking powder 1 How to do it We mix the yolks with sugar with water and oil.We whistle whites. We mix sugar and flour, bakepowder and finally we add whites. We divide the dough in halves. We pour one half into the dish. We add the cocoa to the second half and pour into the dish, too, We bake at 220 degrees. 45 minutes.


Pear Pie • • • • Ingredients 1.Three hawls of a half-shrug 2.One and a half cups of milk 3.One and a half cups of sunflower oil 4.One and a halfcups of powdered sugar 5.One whole baking powder 6.Three eggs 7.Five teaspoons of ground cinnamon 8.One cup of peeled pears 9.Two vanilla sugars

Instructions 1.Put the egg with sugar in th ebowl and mix until the foam is made. 2. Until eggs are mixed with sugar, so pour the water out of the pears and pear with half. 3. When we mix the egg with the sugar, add the flour, baking powder, two vanilla sugars, milk, oil, cinnamon, and slowly stirit with a stick. 4.When we have the dough ready to smear the plate with oil and sprinkle with the flour. 5. Put the prepared dough on the plate. 6. Put the pan in the oven and bake at 180 degrees and bake for at least twenty minutes. 7. When the cake is already baked, we remove it from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar and the cake is done.


Poppy cup pie • • • • • • • • • •

Ingrediens: 2 cups of raw flour 2 cups of crystallinesugar 2 cups of poppy 1 cup of oil 1 cup of milk 1 bakingpowder, 3 eggs Instructions: Mix everything and put on a bakingtray and bake.


Cheese cake Ingredients: dough: 5 eggs 25 dkg powdered sugar 20 dkg semi-thick flour 1 baking-powder 1 dcl water 1 dcl oil cacao Stuffing 1: 25 dkg palmarin 1/2 kg cottage cheese 15 dkg powdered sugar 2 vanilla a little rum Stuffing 2: 2 golden ears 4 small sparkles (e.g. oranges, lemons..) 12 dkg powdered-sugar 1/2 l water

Process: dough We'll shake the snow out of the white. Yellow and sugar are added to the foam. Then add oil and water alternately. Finally, add the flour with baking powder and cocoa. Put on a plate and bake. Stuffing 1:Pick up palmarn with powdered sugar and vanilla. Then add curd and some rum. Put the filling on the dough. Stuffing 2: Sparks, water and powdered sugar warm up. We will drop a small amount in which we roll the golden ears. After shaking, add the mixed golden ears. When cooked, cook for at least two minutes. Pour over hot 1 and bray. Enjoy!!!


Extra chocolate muffins • • • • • • • • • • •

We need: 100g butter 100g sugar 2 eggs 2 spoons of milk 50g bitter chocolate 150g flour ½ tsp. bakingpowder 25g cocoa We mix butter with sugar and gradually add eggs to the path. Then add flour, milk and hot chocolate pieces. Add also baking powder and cocoa. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.


Blue cupcake • • • • • • •

•Put eggs, sugar, vanillin sugar, oil and sour cream into a bowl and stir well. Then mix baking powder and flour and add the mixture to the dough and stir well. • Fill the dough in the baking caps. Bake them in the pre• heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 175 °C. Mix icing sugar, cream cheese and lemon juice and stir with an egg whisk until smooth. Colorize with blue food coloring. Spread the muffins with the cream mixture and sprinkle with blue sugar. Break biscuits into two halves, crumble them a bit or more. Put cookies into or onto the muffins. At the end stick the eyes onto the muffins.

2 eggs 150 g sugar, 1 pack Vanillin sugar 125 ml oil 75 g sour cream 250 g flour 1,5 tea spoons of baking powder Sugar eyes (decoration) 250 g icing sugar 75 g cream cheese 1 teaspoon of lemon juice blue food coloring cookies ca. 5 tablespoons of blue glitter sugar


Streusel cake with cherries •

Working time: about 30 min / rest period: ca. 1 hour / baking time: about 30 min / level of difficulty: normal Mix some cherry juice with the vanilla custard powder and a tablespoonful of sugar. Boil the cherries with its juice. Then, mix the boiled cherries with the mixture you made before. While the cherries in its juice are getting cold, the yeast dough is prepared. Mix and knead all ingredients you need and after that leave it to rise for an hour. While the yeast dough is rising mix all ingredients to make the crumble. Then put the dough on a baking paper and roll it till it fills the baking paper. Distribute the cherries on the yeast dough and top it with the crumbles. Put the cake into the preheated oven at 180°C. The cake has to bake for 30min. After that let the cake cool down. Enjoy!


Rafaello • • •

Rafaello of biscuit salami. Ingredients: biscuits, sugar, milk, coconut, rum and vanilla essences, peanuts, butter. Method of preparation: crack the biscuits in small pieces and overwrap them into a large bowl. The hot milk is blended with sugar, melted butter and butter. Homogenizes the mixture and then dough balls that have a hazelnut inside. Balls go through the coconut. They are served cold.
