Planned Visits to Sinopec Tianjin Company and SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Complex (SSTPC) SINOPEC Tianjin Company Sinopec Tianjin Company, with a processing capacity of 12.5 million tpa, is located in Tianjin Binhai New Area. It is an important integrated refinery, comprising of 15 oil refining units, 15 chemical production units, and 9 chemical fiber units. The major products include petroleum refining, petrochemical, and chemical fiber covering 279 specifications. SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Company (SSTPC) SSTPC was formed in November 2009, as a 50/50 joint venture to build and operate a new 3 million tonnes per year petrochemical complex. Pre-production operations at the plant began in January 2010. The visits will include a tour of the facilities and a presentation.
