FYSCTM
Twisting, Stranding & Plying We enhance process ability and performance of our range of High Performance Fibers by means of twisting, even for very thin yarns of 55 dtex or less. Furthermore we have the ability to ply fibers together and produce rope yarns up to 100.000 dtex.
Functionalized Yarns & Strands Coating Technology Our coating line and heat setting oven enables us to functionalize High Performance Fibers and strands. We can now tailor the features of the fibers to the specific needs of our customer and end users.
Staple Fiber - Crimping & cutting Besides Dyneema®, we offer a large variety of High Performance Fibers such as Twaron®, Technora®, Vectran® and Zylon®. Most of these can be processed into crimped staple fibers or precision cut short fibers. Customized on your demand: from 3 to 100 mm in length and an endless variation in CPI and finishes.

Solutions beyond the ordinary EuroFibers has established itself as innovation partner with surprising solutions in various fields. We are always curious about new possibilities and dare to think a little further. For instance, EuroFibers co-developed a technology that more than doubles the abrasion resistance and tear strength of cotton. This patent pending innovation of cotton reinforced with a negligible percentage of Dyneema® is a break trough in the cotton industry. Besides the increase in wear resistance, the technology also significantly improves tensile strength and tear resistance without adding a great amount of costs. Levi Strauss & Co. has now launched an original Levi’s® 501 reinforced with Dyneema®.
