MEL BLOSS MEMORIAL YOUTH SCHOLARSHIPS The Growing Hope Network annually sponsors 15 scholarships to students nominated by educators in the Enid area. These scholarships are awarded to youth, grades 4-7. Scholarships are arts related and historically have included guitar lessons, dance lessons, vocal lessons, piano lessons and art lessons.
