Das Einkaufszentrum ist großes Vorbild und Pionier für Recycling und Redesign. Seit der Eröffnung vor fünf Jahren kamen Besucher und Vertreter aus allen Teilen der Welt, das mediale Interesse war international von Anfang an groß. – a 700-year-old culture gem In the 700-year-old town of Torshälla you can experience rich cultural life, a fascinating story and a great deal of small-town charm. Experience Torshälla’s history in old Torshälla. Among cozy wooden houses and cobblestoned streets lies Bergströmska gården, a Torshälla mansion from the 18th century. Visit the church built in the 1100s and marvel at its medieval wooden sculptures and unique vault and wall paintings by Albertus Pictor. Torshälla was home to the famous artist Allan Ebeling. His works are on display at The Ebeling Museum and his sculptures decorates the town. Take a walk and discover more artworks in Skulpturparken park beside Holmberget, next to the Torshällaån river. Enjoy a Swedish “fika” or lunch at White Guide Café, Konditori Amarant or the Wäsby Café Gröna Villan, with its lovely outdoor garden seating and a genuine homely atmosphere.
