Footage broadcast on North Korea’s state television showed Kim’s youngest son and successor Kim Jong Un walking next to his father’s hearse as it made its way slowly through cold, snowy Pyongyang. Dressed in a dark overcoat, he bowed his head slightly against the snow, and raised his right arm in salute. Walking behind was Jang Song Thaek, Kim Jong Il’s brother-in-law and a vice chairman of the powerful National Defense Commission who is expected to play a crucial role in helping Kim Jong Un take power. Doctor not around and Puskesmas closed PUBLIC Health Center (Puskesmas) is not attracting the attention of the people in Bali to get medical assistance. One of the reasons is the lack of equipment and the doctor often is not available. The patient only wants to come to the Puskesmas only for minor disease such as headache. If the sickness is hard then they prefer go the hospital. One of the residents stay near the puskesmas in Nyambu Village, Kediri, Tabanan,

Ni Ketut Wirati said that she prefer to go to the hospital because if she go to the public health center, she will be transferred again to the hospital. Wirati explained that the existence of public health center in the village is very helpful but the people are rarely wants to go there. It only has one officer so the service will be not maximum. Not only the facilities but the service in the puskesmas is also complained. This can be seen in Puskesmas

Pupuan I, on May 23, 2011. Since early in the morning, there were no doctors and there were only nurse. They even had to consult the sickness of the patients through the phone. Because of this, the families were taking the patients to the Tabana Hospital which is very far. The lack of facilities and services in the puskesmas is also stated by one of the member of Tabanan House of Representative,

Made Yasa. He said that the program of Healthy Tabanan which was announced in 2007 is not done yet. “Ideally, there are two doctors and nurse and also complete medical tools,” Yasa said. The Head of Tabanan Health Department, Ketut Sumiarta, said that the department indeed needs more doctor and medical staff. However, he can assure that the service of the puskemas is still good.
