How to log in

If you are registered on the publican channel visit eipublicanpartnerships.com and select login/register.

After logging in you will be taken to the Publican Channel homepage. Select Online Ordering, this takes you to the E-market where you can click through to the online ordering platform

You will land on the online ordering homepage where you can start your order. From the homepage you can search for products, browse by category and view our latest deals and promotions
If you need to sign up for the Publican Channel please contact your Customer Account Manager on 03333 20 20 85 to set up your account.

You can filter by promotion type; Discount, Free Stock, Free POS and Online Exclusive deals by clicking on the below icons

You can also filter by category; beer, cider, RTD, wine, spirits or soft drinks
How to qualify

You can qualify for discount deals by simply adding the promotional product to your basket and the discount will be automatically calculated.

For free stock or point of sale promotions, first select the qualifying products from the selection available, then scroll down to select your reward item. Don’t worry if you forget to select a reward item as we will allocate one by default.
Search Search bar
The search bar provides a quick and easy way to search for products. Simply start typing the name, SKU or keyword and the predictive search feature will guide you. Then simply press enter to view the results.
Header navigation
To find product categories, hover your mouse over the header titles and a drop down will appear. From here you can navigate to your desired category. Searching in this way is a great option if you are looking to expand your range with a new product.
Sidebar navigation Once you have reached your initial results, you can refine the products further by using the filter located in the side navigation. Here you can filter by: • • • • • • • • •

Tip When browsing through your search results you have the option to add and remove products to your favourites list. Simply click on the heart symbol located just above the product image to add or remove from your list. You can access your favourites list from the header navigation or from the My Account page.

Product Page
Product images, videos & PDF You can navigate between product images by clicking on the grey arrows, you can also hover your mouse over the image to zoom in. Located below the image, selected products feature multiple images, product videos and pdf documents. To view these, click on the icons below.
Video
Product availability Stock status is highlighted under the price on the product page and in the search results. If a product is “Out of stock� you will be unable to add the product to basket. In stock 6

Tip You can identify if products are on promotion by a blue badge located on the product page. Badges can also represent featured sections. Click on the badge to view the promotion on offer or to browse other products in the featured section.

Overview this tab is broken down into three sections; product information, taste notes and food matching.

Allergens important information highlighting ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction.

GP Calculator a useful tool that helps you determine your product selling price or profit margin. The calculator will adjust for each product allowing you to calculate GP per pint, glass or shot.

Wine & Cask Information provides information for you to ensure you are picking the best products for your customers. Please see below an example of the information included.

Pump Clips the pump clip tab provides a quick and easy way to locate and order the relevant pump clip for your cask product
Quick view From your search results, you have the “Quick View� icon. This displays the product image, price and short description. If you are already familiar with the product, you can add it straight to your basket without clicking through to the product page.

Basket How to view your basket You can view the items in your basket at anytime by hovering your mouse over the basket icon. From here you can amend quantities and view your order total including VAT. To view the basket page, either click on the basket icon or select the View Basket button.

Reviewing your order You can review your order by scrolling through the products you have added to your basket. You can amend your order by changing the quantities in your basket. You can do this by clicking into the product quantity box and entering your desired quantity. Don’t forget to click the refresh button to update your order before proceeding to check out. You can also remove unwanted products from your basket. This can be done by clicking on the trash icon.
Delivery options Once you have reviewed your order, scroll down to select your preferred delivery day. You can select your Scheduled Delivery day or pay a charge and select an Off Day Delivery.
After choosing your delivery type, you can proceed to select your delivery date.

Promotional codes If you have products in your basket that qualify for a promotion, you will see the applied promotion code(s) highlighted. From time to time we may send you exclusive voucher codes, simply enter the code and select Submit to apply the promotion.
Basket options If you decide you are not ready to check out at the bottom of the basket page you have three options to choose from.

Continue shopping takes you back to the online ordering homepage. All of your items will remain in your basket for you to check out at a later time.

Save as order list all products in your basket will be saved to an order list that can be accessed from the My Account page. All items will remain in your basket allowing you to continue to check out your order.

Clear basket a quick and easy was to remove all items from your basket. You will be prompted to make sure you wish to proceed with the action.
Summary This section breaks down your order total. From here you can select “Proceed to checkout” to reach the final stage before completing your order.
Tip If you decide to complete your order another time or accidentally time out don’t worry. When you log back in you will be presented with three options: 1. Continue - Add previous items to your new basket and continue 2. Save basket - Save previous basket for another time and continue 3. Discard basket - Delete previous basket and continue You can access your saved baskets from the My Account page.

Checkout Final order check Scroll down to view your order summary. Here you can check your final order including promotional items.
Order confirmation Once you have carried out a final check of your order, click "Confirm Order". You will then be taken to a confirmation page which will display your “Web Order Reference Number”. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by your Customer Account Manager. Otherwise you should expect the items ordered to be delivered as set out in your Order Confirmation.
Publican Channel home Select log out to return back to your Pub Dashboard where you can view important information about your business, view your account and see key dates and footfall driving opportunities. Access the documents tab to view your invoices.

Tip It’s now easier than ever to order online. The Publican Channel and the Online Ordering Platform are now fully responsive. You can view your Pub Dashboard and order anywhere, at any time and from any device.

My Account Account details Navigate to My Account through the header menu. Here you will be able to view your Account Details including; account name, last order date & your next scheduled delivery date and cut off time.
Useful tools Use this section for help and advice. From here you can quickly navigate around the site including promotions, order history, frequently asked questions plus much more.
Order history Navigate to your Order History from the Useful Tools section. From the Order History page you will be able to search for your historical orders. You can search by Web Order Reference Number, Customer Reference Number and SKU. You can also filter by a specific date range. To view an order click on the Order Number, you will then be taken to the order page where you can view the transactional details (including order date, delivery date and status) and the order details including delivery option. Please note this is your web order confirmation, to view your final order details your invoice document is located in your Pub Dashboard.
