REGISTER Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You can register online or by phone. ONLINE: You can register online at enform.ca. If you haven’t done so already, please set up an account by clicking on the login button on the homepage. This will provide the instructions for setting up your account. Once your username and password are set up, you can add courses to your cart and pay with your credit card. Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you. BY PHONE: You can also register by calling 1.800.667.5557. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to help. A credit card will be taken over the phone to reserve your spot.

BEFORE THE COURSE Remember to bring government issued photo identification to your course as it is required for admission. Some courses may also require safety equipment, calculators or other materials. Please review the notes and equipment listing for each course to ensure you have everything you need.


CANCELLATION Cancellations received by phone or in writing a minimum of five business days before the course start date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received less than five days before the class start date are eligible for a 50 per cent refund. Where no written notice is received before the class start date no refund will be granted. Additionally, the full cancellation policy can be found at enform.ca.

CERTIFICATES Certificates are issued upon course completion. Only one certificate per course is valid. Your wallet certificate will be mailed to the address supplied at the time of registration or on the student data sheet submitted. It can take a few weeks to receive a ticket due to processing and mailing time, however copies of Records of Training can be obtained sooner, if needed. Please note that some courses provide 90 day temporary certificates. If you have not received your permanent certificate prior to the end of the 90 days contact Enrolment Services at customerservice@enform.ca or toll free at 1.800.667.5557.

REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES AND RECORD OF TRAINING Replacement certificates can be ordered online by logging into your Enform account at enform.ca or by calling customer service at 1.800.667.5557. A Record of Training is also available online. The Record of Training can be provided to an employer as proof of certification.

Learn the practical aspects of artificial lifts in conventional production systems and gain an understanding of the principles of operations, equipment, optimizing efficiencies and cost savings for artificial lift systems.

Bear Awareness is a course that introduces the three types of bears in North America. The primary focus is to learn how to coexist successfully with these animals.

Field Superintendents and Rig Managers in the well servicing division of the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (CAODC).

Participants will learn how to prevent damage to buried facilities through safe and effective planning of locates and the identification and marking of buried facilities. CERTIFIED HEALTH AND SAFETY AUDITOR PROGRAM

Learn how to work with a cathodic protection rectifier through hands-on training. Completion of this course is required to achieve a Level One certificate through Alberta Apprenticeship and industry Training (AAIT).

This program consists of a five-day training course, followed by a practicum that includes a full health and safety audit. The Enform Audit Instrument is reviewed in detail throughout the program.

C CHAINSAW FALLER COMPETENCY PROGRAM The oil and gas industry adopted the B.C. Faller Training Standard as the standard level of training for workers falling trees over six inches in diameter. Endorsed by WorkSafeBC, this training program progresses in a graduated manner with on-the-job work experience required between each level. The majority of the time (75%) is spent in the field practicing skills.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a Chainsaw Competency Record Logbook and a wallet certificate that is valid for three years. After successful completion of this course, participants are qualified to find work as a bucker (maximum six inches in diameter at breast height (DBH) trees. CERTIFICATE RENEWAL

DESIGNED FOR Individuals who would like to become fallers in the oil and gas industry.

If your certification is still valid, you can contact a certified instructor to do a one-day challenge of the course to renew your certificate.

PROVINCIAL RECOGNITION »» Alberta – This course has been approved by Alberta Advanced Education as meeting the training requirement for Wellhead Boom Truck Operator certification. »» To work as a Wellhead Boom Truck Operator in Alberta, a person has three options: »» Become a Registered Apprentice – a Registered Apprentice would use the Apprenticeship Training Program »» Become a certified Journeyperson »» Hold a recognized trade certificate – the Qualification Certificate Program is one method of obtaining a trade certificate »» Saskatchewan – The Alberta Advanced Education Wellhead Boom Truck Operator certification is also accepted by the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission for wellhead operations in Saskatchewan. »» British Columbia – Enform’s Wellhead Boom Truck Operator training certificate is endorsed by WorkSafeBC for wellhead operations in British Columbia; however, operators must register with the British Columbia Association of Crane Safety (BCACS) before they can work in British Columbia. APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAM Candidates who reside in Alberta wishing to pursue an apprenticeship for this craft must first submit a completed Apprenticeship Application Form to Alberta Advanced Education for approval. Upon acceptance as a Registered Apprentice, the candidate may register for this course and examination. Upon successful completion of this course, practical skills assessment and an Alberta Learning written examination, candidates will receive an Enform training certificate.
