Hey, how are you? To start with the usual, my name is Diego and I’m 17 years old. I live in Diemen which is close to Amsterdam. I pretty much love every type of music (except classical/opera), but I listen to pop the most. I play guitar as well for about a year now. I’m a bit laid back, but I try to see the good side of things and I do my best to make things the most fun. My hobbies are: playing guitar (which I mentioned earlier), watching tv, drawing, biking, partying, going to the cinema, generally having fun. I have no allergies and I like pets and wouldn’t mind to stay over where one is, but I myself don’t have any. Almost every holiday I go to Spain, mostly to Estepona (near Malaga). My English is pretty ok and I think I can make myself clear in Spanish. Hi! My name is Peer and I’m 17 years old. I live in Amsterdam, the capital of The Netherlands. The people from Amsterdam like to think that Amsterdam is the best city in Holland. I think so too. You can do all sorts of things here. Just hang in the park, play sports and especially go out. The best Dj’s are from Holland, so you can go out to clubs very well. My hobbies are playing sports like soccer or tennis. Go out with friends. Most of the time to parties but also to pubs or cafés. I play soccer with a lot of friends in the same team. I like it very much. Other hobbies are playing videogames (not a lot), play the piano or just hanging with friends. I have a fish. There aren’t any vegetarians in our house. I live with my little brother who is 10 years old. And my mom and dad. It’s about 10 minutes cycling from my house to school and 5 minutes to the place where all the fun spots are in Amsterdam. Hi, My name is Wirasha Autar, I’m 16 years old, and I live in Amsterdam. So I have to tell you more about myself. Well I really like dancing and I’m doing it since I was six years old. I prefer Hiphop but I also like to do a modern choreography. If you like to stay at my place, You don’t have to be afraid of cycling, we will look for another option to go to school. I also like listening to music, but if I go out, I prefer House more than Dubstep. I also play tennis once a week but I’m not very good at it, it’s just for fun! I also have Spanish lessons for 2,5years, so I can speak a little bit Spanish. My favorite TV shows are How I Met Your Mother, friends and Gossip Girl. My friends say that I’m very funny and outgoing. And it’s easy for me to socialize. I like to meet new people, especially from all over the world. I live with my mother and we don’t have any pets. It’s not a problem for me if you have a pet. My favorite things to eat are: pasta, pizza and chicken But I don’t eat beef. That’s very important to know! I’m not allergic to anything. I would like to go to Sevilla. I’ve never been to Spain before. Only to Mallorca when I was seven years old or something. So I hope that you can tell me a lot about your city. I love to travel and see new cultures. Hola, me llamo Eline Sparreboom y tengo 16 años. Vivo en Amsterdam con mi madre y mi hermana de 14 años. Me gusta el fútbol y ver películas o la tele. Tengo muchas ganas de ir al Sevilla porque me gusta la sol y la comida de España. As you can see I speak a little bit Spanish ( I hope I didn't make to much mistakes), but I prefer to talk and write in English. That's much easier for me. I'm really looking forward to the exchange and I hope it'll be fun! Myu hobbies are watching tv, for example I like to watch How I Met Your Mother, Friends, Private Practise, Will and Grace and some other american comedies. I love to play soccer, I've played it since I was little and I still do it. I love to watch the games too, for example Barcelona. Besides that I like drinking coffee and going out with friends. I don't have any allergies. When you're in Holland you'll have to sleep in the same bedroom as I do and I hope you can ride a bike because that might be necessary. Tengo una hermana que tiene 21 años, a os, pero desgraciadamente no vive en nuestra casa. Soy pequeña peque a (1.64 m) y rubia. Quería Quer a hacer el intercambio con Sevilla porque me me gusta España Espa a mucho y también tambi n me gusta hablar español, espa ol, aprendo español espa ol desde hace 5 años a os (y me gusta el sol, porque aquí aqu hace frío, fr o, actualmente es menos seis grados.) Toco Toco la guitarra, tengo clase de guitarra desde que tenía ten a 7 años a os y canto un poco (pero no muy bien). Me gusta escalar, pero no hay montañas monta as en Holanda y por eso escalo dentro de un vestíbulo vest bulo de escalar. Me gusta también tambi n quedarse con amigos y salir en los fines fines de semanas, hay muchas cafés caf s y discotècas discot cas en Amsterdam. No tengo alergias y como casi todo. Hi, my name is Quico Schmitz and I'm 16 years old. I live in the centre of Amsterdam and I go to The Amsterdams Lyceum. Each week I have Spanish for 6 hours, so I'm stating to speak it better and better but my English is way better. I like playing videogames on a ps3, playing soccer or basketball and watching tv. Hello my name is Tom, I’m 17 years old and was born in Amsterdam, I live with my younger brother (15) and my parents just outside Amsterdam. To the center it’s about 20 minutes biking or it’s easy to go by tram if you can’t ride a bike. I like to sport as much as possible and I love to be outside but I like to play games or watch movies too. I also can’t live without music, I listen all kind of music: rock, house, rap, pop… I play hockey (4 days a week) and go to the gym about 1 or 2 times a week. An important thing to know is that I don’t speak Spanish. I’ve had Spanish for 1 year but it was just vocabulary and I forgot almost everything.
