Mr. Williams spent 23 of his 25 years at NJ TRANSIT helping minority/women and small businsis. As Director of Diversity Business Programs, He was responsible for the certification of minority/women businesses as a disadvantage Business Enterprise for participation on Federally assisted projects. He also provided valuable training to small businesses that was essensual to thier developoment.
