It is Strong’s Hebrew Number H8141 from H8138. Hebrew ‘shanah’ (singular) transliterates10 (a) as a revolution of time, (b) as a measure of time, (c) as a division of time, (d) as indication of age, (e) a lifetime (of years). Here it does not refer to years of one’s lifetime, but to 120 Jubilees or 120 x 50= 6000 years granted to mankind.
