March 2013 "Spring Fashion Issue"

publisher’s note I hope all is well with everybody! We have been on a little hiatus the last couple of months; Elevate Lifestyle formed a partnership with CBS Radio late 2012 so we needed to re-group. We will be working with CBS and creating some awesome opportunities for our readers and businesses of all sizes. With the nice weather approaching, it also means the SOCIAL SCENE of Charlotte is getting ready to kick off!!
