I want to thank the thousands of people who voted for their choices in the 2013 Elevate Lifestyle Awards online voting poll on Facebook. The voting began early January and ended February 15, 2013. We will be presenting nearly 350 winners in the following seven categories: culture, dining, entertainment, fashion, fitness, lifestyle and nightlife.
