The intellectual objectives of RESTAT are to carry out research on the real needs of this group and of the services and tourism sector, establishing priorities and needs with the intention of creating adapted and more accessible infrastructures. Another objective is the creation of support tools for staff to improve accessibility in the tourism sector. The next objective is to carry out an online course to improve professional qualifications, from the beginner level to an intermediate level, and finally, the creation of a resource centre for professional guidance.

The motivation for pursuing this project arises from understanding the risks of children shyness in context of participating in social situations, especially the fact that shyness can do much harm makes it difficult to meet new people, make friends, express an opinion. Shyness relates to interpersonal inhibitions - the tendency to avoid social situations, and physical or mental escape (withdrawal) from situations of this type. PARTNERS • • • • •

The project is born of the experience of the partners and of their conviction that the close link between VET, higher education and professional practice needs to be expanded at an advanced level and in a European context. With the increased globalisation and the instability of labour markets, as well as the shortage of youth employment opportunities, educational and professional bodies have to be able to provide the young generation high quality tools for their professional future. Our project aims to develop a multi-national transparency of skills, recognised by the participating countries and offered to students in VET and HE, to develop an extended content of skills and competences acquired in the field of business and ICT for HE and electrical automation and car mechanics for VET.
