NO When we "bought" the system we were promised a lot of potential for individual customization ( both in terms of ways to input information and also the actual content of the templates). Although these are theoretically possible, they are impractical with the current system in that there is too much I.T. time and expense involved (for example, transcription and voice activation is too expensive, so we resort to typing in most of the information: also,
