Yoga asana on offer span Aerial to Zen Ki yoga, highlights include the Hour of Power with John Ogilvie and Spinal Movements with Simon Borg-Olivier, with classes suitable for beginners through to experienced students. Also on the program are sessions in Purna yoga, pranayama and philosophy; meditation, mantra
and massage; plus dance, devotional music and a dream-realisation workshop. This family event has a kidsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; space (and all the sessions are free for under-16s), an outdoor music stage and a market area that are free entry. So this event is a fantastic day out for anyone who has ever been (or thought about going!) to a yoga class, and for all their friends and families too!
