The Arc of the Arts Fine arts, music and filmmaking The Arc of the Arts Studio & Gallery is a creative arts program offered by The Arc of the Capital Area, which provides services for people with disabilities. The Arc of the Arts Studio & Gallery is a place where artists can explore their own artistic process, learn job skills and gain a strong sense of self-worth. Each artist’s unique perspective of the world is reflected in the works of art displayed in the gallery and at bimonthly art shows.
