The accepted incoming students will receive (by e-mail) a letter of admission and useful information on their academic exchange stay at the EASD. The Learning Agreement, approved by Depadment the student is going to be enrolled at, will be sent by e-mail to the i n s t i t u t i o ns e n d i n g . ExchangeStudents will enrol in a standardfull-time study load and are requiredto complete all relevant_assessment in orderto obtain ECTScredits. A futl course load is comprisedof 60 ECTSfor a full academicyear, or 30 ECTSfor one semester. Exchange students should take their courses in the subject area of the interinstitutional agreement. Students may not take coursesoutside this subject area. Classattendanceis mandatory at EASD. Bachelor's thesis and rnternship are Nor AVATLABLEfor exchangestudents. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT [It is up to the involved institutions to agree on the procedure for modifying or terminating the inter-institutional agreement. However, in the event of unilaterat terminition, a noticeof at least one academic year shoutd be given. This means that a unilaterat decision to discantinue the exchanges notified to the other party by 1 September 20XX wiil only take effect as of l september 20XX+1.The termination clauses must include the foltowing disclaimer: "Neither the European Commission nor the Nationat Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict.,,l

[x Since December 2013 EASD in Zamora, foltowing the recommendations of the European union, is developing the ECTS Grading Table. From 2014-2015 academic year will be possiblefor international stuclents to issue transcripts of records including the ECTS Grading Table (EGT), which is a tabte presenting the distribution of the national/local gradesl ["xThe mention of "Distinction" (Matricula de Honor - Excettent) wilt be awarded to stuctents who have achieved a score equal to or greater than 9.0. Its number witl not exceed 5o/oof the students enrolled in a subiect in the relevant academic year, unless the enrollment is less than 20 students, in which case only one student may be granted with this ,,Distinction,,l 2. Visa The sending and receiving institutions will provide assistance, when required, in securing visas for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
