At Visualiza we are always improving in our areas, this is why we always try to offer and provide better spaces for our patients. With the purpose in mind, during the month of august we made improvements and expansions to the optometry area along with an extension to the waiting room area.

IMPROVEMENTS IN FACILITIES

In Visualiza we like to continue training our medical staff in order to be at the forefront; therefore we had the pleasant visit again of Dr. Inder training the new medical staff of the clinic of San Benito Petén on methods and techniques of retina and vitreous.

We continue to bring specialized services to the north of the country, this time we had the visit of specialists Dr. Alcántara performing strabismus operations and Dr. Toapanta performing oculoplastic procedures.

Ixcán Outreach, our medical team together with our ally Enfoque Ixcán performed operations to visually impaired patients suffering from cataracts to give them a better chance of life.

Ophthalmology outreach at Escuela 3 De Abril, Dr. Aida Monzón’s team visited the afternoon students, where they had the opportunity to refract more than 200 children and donate glasses and strabismus surgeries.

During the month of august at Vicent Pescatore, different workshops were held with the aim of continuing to bring visual health to those who need it most in the interior of the country.

At Visualiza we never stop looking after the growth, professional and human development of our personnel; for this reason we continue with trainings and workshops during the month of august.

WORKSHOP “HOW TO APPLY EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE”, as preparation for the medical coordinators, a workshop was developed to provide them with tools to better manage our patients.
