Het educatieprogramma laat jongeren op aansprekende en actieve wijze kennismaken met de ontwikkelingen in kunst, technologie en samenleving, zoals die belicht worden tijdens DEAF.
The education program lets young people get acquainted in a personal, active way with new developments in art, technology and society as they are illuminated at DEAF.
Voor leerlingen en studenten in het voortgezet onderwijs, MBO, HBO en WO biedt DEAF-educatie een programma rondom de DEAF-expositie in het voormalig postkantoor aan de Coolsingel. Tijdens een rondleiding krijgen deelnemers een unieke introductie op de toonaangevende en vernieuwende kunst en op het thema van de expo: The Power of Things. Aansluitend op de rondleidingen biedt DEAF-educatie verschillende workshops in samenwerking met het NIMk en Digital Playground.
DEAF offers a program centered on the exhibition in the former post office on Coolsingel to pupils and students at Dutch secondary schools, colleges and universities. Through a tour, participants will receive a unique introduction to the groundbreaking, innovative art in the show and its theme, The Power of Things. DEAF education will hold various workshops in connection with the tours in partnership with the Netherlands Media Art Institute and Digital Playground.
